Ransom / expiation when breaking his vow

When a Muslim or Muslim who has been mukallaf repeating the words "By God" when doing something without deliberate and intended, as saying: "By Allah, I will not visit so and so" or "By Allah, I will visit the sender with" as many as two times or more, or "By Allah, indeed I will visit so and so" and words like that. Whenever she break them because they do not carry out the acts to be done by the oath or perform acts that would not be done by his oath, then he is obliged to pay the expiation (ransom) oath, which is feeding ten poor people, or give clothes or freed slaves.

In the feed, the levels of which are obligatory half-Sha 'staple food of the country, such as dates, rice or other. Ie, approximately the size of 1.5 kg. While clothing is something that can be used for prayer as kemehja (the robe), fabrics and garments. If one of these three things is not able to do, then it is obligatory for him to fast for three days. It is based on the word of Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala.

"It means: Allah will not call you to account for oaths that are not intended (to swear), but He will call you to account for oaths deliberate, then kaffarat (abuse) thereof, is to feed ten poor people, that is, from the usual food you will give to your family, or to clothe them, or free a slave. Whoever is not able to do so, then kafaratnya fast for three days. That is kaffarat oaths when you swear (and you break). And keep your oaths "[Al-Maidah: 89]

But when these oaths tongue spoken by accidental or intended, then it is not considered valid, so he was not required to pay the expiation over it. It is based on this noble verse, his words, "God does not call you to account oaths that are not intended (to swear)" [Al-Ma'idah: 89]

He only pays only one kind of expiation for the oaths were repeated again bil it was done on the types of conduct as mentioned earlier. Meanwhile, when the deed is done diverse, then it is obligatory for him to pay the expiation for each oath, as if he was saying: "By Allah, indeed I would visit so and so. By Allah, I will not talk to so and so. By Allah, indeed I would hit so and so "and semisalnya. So, if one of these oaths or something he violated, then he is obliged to pay an expiation for him, and when he broke everything, mawa obligatory upon him to pay the expiation for each. And Allaah Waliyyut Taufiq
